The first time I worked with a recruiter I was impressed with the knowledge they had about the industry, competition and hiring trends. The positive experiences I had with recruiters in my past inspired me to create Mallory Recruiting with the mission to provide the same level of professionalism and efficiency that I was so thankfully provided.
Inspired by recruiters who helped me in the past, our goal has been to build quality relationships with those we serve while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

David Brown
Founder & Executive Search Consultant
After a successful career in product management, David launched Mallory Recruiting with a vision to focus on helping companies identify, recruit and ultimately hire unique talent which companies would not be able to normally attract on their own.
David brings 20+ years of experience as a product manager in the software industry where he worked with hundreds of Executives, Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Product Owners, QA teams, and Scrum Masters.
With a vast network of technologists and managers, along with a desire to help, David is on a mission to bring great talent and companies together.
